Job description:

We are currently looking for a hard working, motivated individual to join Plosion Web Design. If you love websites, social media, SEO, and email marketing you will find placing our quality services very easy.

As a business manager, you will be polite, and customer friendly.

We only want mature, confident and focused team members to apply.

If you excel your sales target each month, and build strong professional relations with your customers, you will notice your pay band rising.

Key skills:

Good grammar, good vocabulary, good phone skills, and face to face meeting skills at a consultants level.

General Work Task:

  • Calling existing customers
  • Calling hot prospects
  • Calling cold prospects
  • Cold Calling – if needed
  • Following up on proposals
  • Set repeat tasks and reminders for follow-ups
  • Send proposal documents
  • Attend networking events to build contacts and meet business owners
  • Attend product launches to build contacts and meet business owners
  • Connect with all contacts through Linked in
  • Following up with existing customers
  • Ensure your sales target is met but ideally exceeded each month

Working Hours

  • Monday to Friday = 9.00am to 5.00pm
  • Saturday and Sunday = Days Off

Additional Skills

  • Strong English, and maths

Past Experience

  • Past experience within our industry is essential
  • Experience with the latest Magento and WordPress solutions is essential


  • References from previous employers is essential.

  • £40,000 per annum OTE
